At Atlas Stationers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and have not been used or inked to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our Chicago storefront and wait for an email confirmation once processed.
